PolyCystic Ovarian Disease is a disorder that affects the functioning of the ovaries of the woman. It affects 5% to 10% of women and 9%-22% of women suffer from it in India. It leads to many problems like irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, acne, and weight gain. It can also be the reason for serious health problems like heart disease.
