AN ADULT MAN COMMITTED RAPE ON A MINOR
From Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, a Rape Case incident has come to light where an elderly man do rape with a innocent girl and he threatened the girl that if she told anyone, he would kill her . This is a very shameful act that is becoming increasingly common in India these days. And the most girls are trapped in this dirty incident.
The police have informed that the girl’s mother had filed a complaint in which it was written that her daughter’s stomach was swollen like a pregnant girl. After taking her to the doctor for treatment, it was found that the girl was pregnant for 8 months. Upon hearing this, her mother was shocked, and as soon as they returned home, the girl told her mother everything about how the rape attempt happened with her.
And when the police investigated, it was found that during the winter, the man tied the girl under a tree and raped her, completely immobilizing her hands and feet. Now, when the girl’s mother filed this complaint, the police arrested the man.

Rape is a very serious crime in India. There are many rape cases pending in India today where no result has come out yet in rape cases. It means when a man forces a woman physically, such as touching her private parts in various indecent ways, that’s basically what rape is. It’s not allowed for someone to force you or rape you without your consent. It’s a serious form of sexual violence, and in India, the numbers of these crimes are increasing.

Consent means that if we have no issues with engaging in any physical activity and we are willingly doing it with our partner or anyone else, then it won’t be considered a rape case as both have equal consent. In any relationship, engaging in physical interaction without consent, or engaging in any sexual activity, is a very wrong thing to do. No one can be forced under any pressure to say yes to physical intimacy.
We should pay attention to the safety measures that we need to take.
If you are a woman, before going out alone on deserted streets at night, make sure to keep safety measures with you and never feel weak to fight back against anyone. Seek help at a safe place as soon as you see an opportunity. Never go alone on lonely path at night because most rapes happen there, so safety first.
If something wrong happens to you , do not feel embarrassed and do not hide it as it gives more courage to the rapist and they commit more crimes. Tell someone because it is very important to see a doctor, file a complaint with the police about the Rape Case incident , and provide a complete description. If you do not speak up, the rapist will commit more rape case and ruin the lives of girls.
