TV actress Anaya Soni seeks financial help after kidney failure
Anaya Soni, a well-known actress, seeks financial aid for a kidney transplant. The TV actress is going through tough times and revealed that she has been surviving on one kidney since 2015.
In an interview, she has recently opened up about her kidney and only two percent of her kidney is a functional failure and she also sought financial help.
She is currently admitted to Holy Spirit Hospital in Mumbai and her family is currently looking for a donor for her.
On Monday evening, Anaya Soni posted an 8-minute long video on Instagram on July 6 where she talked in detail about her health and again called for financial help because she is going through a kidney transplant. She also revealed that her family and she are looking for a kidney donor also.
In her video, she said that “Hi guys! I am hospitalized and I came alive to tell people why I am hospitalized. I am hospitalized because my kidneys are not functioning well. It is only working at two percent. She also added in her video that she is now facing financial issues. She said “My mom had a garments business, my brother was doing well, her clothes and his machines all got burnt some time ago when my house caught fire. Sab Kuch khatam ho Gaya (everything is destroyed), we are just hand-to-mouth now,”
Veteran actress Shagufta Ali has opened about facing financial trouble recently and she has received help from industry people and now actress Anaya Soni has reached out to people on social media and asked for help because her kidneys have stopped working.
Anaya Soni in an interview with ETimes said that “I have been living on one kidney since 2015, my both kidneys had failed 6 years ago and my father donated a kidney to me but Suddenly, the donated kidney has deteriorated and I need a fresh kidney transplant. I never dreamt of such a situation when I was doing shows like Naamkarann and Crime Patrol.”
She also adds that the dialysis is yet to begin but right now she has been on medication just to bring down her creatinine levels and looking for a donor In the video, she also said, “I want to come back with a bang, I want to entertain you guys. I do not want to be like this.
Apart from her famous shows Crime Patrol and Naamkarann, she has also worked in other shows such as Ishq Mein Marjawan and Ronit Roy’s Adalat and she has also worked in some movies including Take it Easy (2015) and Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara (2016).
