In Bhopal Incident,  The man, whose car was without a FASTag – electronic toll installment framework, claimed he was nearby and subsequently ought to be exempted from paying the toll charges. But he didn’t have any report to demonstrate that.

Rajkumar Gurjar, whose car was without a FASTag – electronic toll payment system, claimed he was a local and hence should be exempted from paying the toll charges. But he didn’t have any document to prove that.

The incident happened at the Kachnariya toll plaza on Rajgarh-Bhopal road.

The man is seen furiously strolling toward the representative and after that slapping her over the confront, a CCTV film of the occurrence appeared. The lady hits him back with her footwear.

Lady statement

The lady, while talking to the media, said that the toll booth, with seven ladies workers, doesn’t have any guards.

The denounced is however to be captured,” said the neighborhood police station in-charge Ramkumar Raghuvanshi.

The lady, Anuradha Dangi, recorded a composed complaint against the man and we held up a case based on that. We have enrolled a case beneath 354, 323 (intentionally causing harm), and 506 (criminal terrorizing) of the Indian Correctional Code (IPC) and Segment 3 of Avoidance of Harm to Open Property Act.

A case has been lodged but the accused is yet to be arrested.
