Karwa Chauth 2022: Bollywood celebration
One of the most auspicious Hindu celebrations, Karwa Chauth is celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal all over the country. On this day, married ladies fast from sunrise to moonrise without having water or food (nirjala quick) for the long and healthy life of their husbands. Ladies start their day with sargi, in which they eat food before sunrise. Afterward, after worshipping and doing the Karwa Chauth Puja in the evening, ladies break their fast by looking at the moon.
